The partnership combined the band’s creative vision with the 160-plus years of winemaking heritage of the Bundschu family. It gained significant viral attention when pop icon Taylor Swift was spotted enjoying the wine on social media, cementing its status as a "cultural" favourite among fans and wine enthusiasts alike. Their motto is "Honouring Tradition, Unbound By Convention." The brand also leans heavily on the ethos: "Speak Your Truth. Make Your Rules. Own Your Power." This Pinot is primarily sourced from the cool-climate Sonoma Coast, the 2021 vintage is a thoughtful blend of Pinot Noir for structure, Chardonnay for texture, and a splash of Sauvignon Blanc for aromatic "zing." To ensure a crisp, French-style profile, the wine undergoes zero oaking, instead using whole-cluster direct-pressing and cold fermentation in 100% stainless steel to maintain its vibrant fruit and elegant salmon-pink hue. This bone-dry rosé opens with vibrant aromas of wild red cherry, young strawberry, and zesty lime. On the palate, it is light-bodied and airy with a silky, meringue-like texture. The experience concludes with a mineral-driven, refreshing finish and high-toned acidity that keeps the fruit flavours crisp and remarkably clean.
