Cancellation policy
1. One-time wine orders
You may cancel a one-time wine order at no cost any time before it has been dispatched from our California warehouse. Contact us at help@casedrops.com with your order number and we will cancel the order and refund you in full to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return the wine under our Returns and Refunds Policy, provided the conditions there are met.
2. Subscriptions and recurring purchases
If you have purchased a wine subscription or any other product set to renew automatically, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and prevents any further charges.
To cancel, either:
- Log into your account at https://members.casedrops.com/ and cancel from the subscriptions section, or
- Email help@casedrops.com with your order number and the request to cancel.
You will retain access to any wine, credit, or benefits already paid for through the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of charges already processed, except as set out in Section 4 below or in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
