This particular Seraphic Symphony is drawn from the diverse North Coast terroir, a region so varied it’s effectively a patchwork quilt of microclimates designed to keep the vines guessing. 

2022 was an absolute drama queen of a year; a pleasant start followed by a rogue, brutal heatwave, forcing the team to sprint through the vineyards like they were beating a bank holiday traffic jam. 

The result is a wine that’s both perfectly polished and slightly rebellious, showing all the muscle of its heritage without the exhausting ego.
