To achieve its sophisticated polish, the wine underwent traditional ageing in French oak barrels (about 35% new), allowing the delicate mountain brush and spice notes to meld with the lush fruit.\n\n​\n\nOn the nose, expect a detailed explosion of goji berry, orange zest, and cranberries, with a sophisticated dusting of cocoa powder and crushed violets.
